潜水泵不出水或流量不足

Submersible pumps do not discharge water or insufficient flow

1、主要原因

1. Main reasons

(1)水泵安装高度过高，使得叶轮浸没深度不够，导致水泵出水量下降;

大发云(1) The installation height of the pump is too high, which makes the impeller immersion depth insufficient, resulting in the decrease of the pump output;

(2)水泵转向相反;

(2) Pump steering is opposite;

大发云(3)出水阀门不能打开;

(3) The outlet valve cannot be opened;

(4)出水管路不畅通或叶轮被堵塞;

(4) The outlet pipe is not smooth or the impeller is blocked;

(5)水泵下端耐磨圈磨损严重或被杂物堵塞;

(5) The wear ring at the lower end of the pump is seriously worn or blocked by debris.

大发云(6)抽送液体密度过大或粘度过高;

(6) Excessive density or viscosity of pumped liquid;

大发云(7)叶轮脱落或损坏;

(7) The impeller falls off or is damaged;

大发云(8)多台水泵共用管路输出时，没有安装单向阀门或单向阀门密封不严。

(8) When multiple pumps share the pipeline output, no one-way valve or one-way valve is not tightly sealed.

2、排除措施

2. Exclusive measures

大发云(1)控制水泵安装标高的允许偏差，不可随意扩大;

大发云(2)水泵试运转前先空转电动机，核对转向使之与水泵一致。使用过程中出现上述情况应检查电源相序是否改变;

(2) Before commissioning of the pump, idle the motor and check the steering to make it consistent with the pump. In the course of use, the above situation should be checked whether the phase sequence of the power supply has changed.

大发云(3)检查阀门，并经常对阀门进行维护;

(3) Check valves and maintain them regularly;

(4)清理管路及叶轮的堵塞物，经常打捞蓄水池内杂物：

(4) Clean up blockages in pipes and impellers, and often salvage debris in reservoirs:

(5) Cleaning up debris or replacing wear-resistant rings;

大发云(6)寻找水质变化的原因并加以治理;

(7)加固或更换叶轮;

大发云(7) Reinforcing or replacing impellers;

大发云(8)检查原因后加装或更换单向阀门。

(8) Inspect the cause and install or replace the one-way valve.
